The Training & Placement (T&P) Cell is committed to nurturing students into competent professionals by providing comprehensive career development support and industry-oriented training. The Cell focuses on enhancing students’ employability through continuous skill development, industry interaction, and career guidance.

To prepare students for successful careers, the T&P Cell conducts structured training programmes in aptitude, reasoning, communication, soft skills, group discussions, interview techniques, and personality development. Regular expert lectures, technical workshops, and motivational sessions by renowned academicians and industry professionals help students develop the technical knowledge, professional ethics, and leadership qualities expected by employers.

The Cell organizes campus recruitment drives throughout the year for leading organizations across both core engineering and non-core sectors. It maintains strong and long-term relationships with recruiters and ensures that students receive timely information about employment opportunities, company profiles, eligibility criteria, and job descriptions, enabling them to make informed career decisions.

To bridge the gap between academia and industry, the T&P Cell actively facilitates industrial visits, internships, live projects, industry seminars, and expert interactions, providing students with valuable practical exposure and real-world experience. These initiatives strengthen their technical competencies and prepare them to meet evolving industry expectations.

Recognizing the importance of higher education, the Cell also conducts career counselling sessions, guidance for competitive examinations, and awareness programmes on higher studies in India and abroad. Approximately 20% of graduating students pursue postgraduate studies every year at reputed Indian and international universities.

The T&P Cell continuously collects and analyses feedback from visiting recruiters and shares valuable insights with academic departments. This collaborative approach helps strengthen the curriculum and improve students’ technical knowledge, academic performance, aptitude, communication skills, and professional attitude, ensuring continuous enhancement of graduate employability.
